Happy St. Patrick's Day

Do you have any St. Patrick's Day traditions?

Looking back, I wish I would have started stuff when my kids were little. For example, I wish "the Leprechauns" came and "messed things up" in the middle of the night. I do always make sure they wear green to school, and I usually wear something green to work. Although pinching in either environment would now lead to a sexual harassment suit...

I know a family that served corned beef and cabbage every St. Paddy's day. Once I made my own corned beef and cabbage when the holiday was on a Sunday. I remember that my mom would make Irish Soda Bread or maybe it was Irish Potato Bread sometimes for the occasion. Did we ever eat green food? Maybe, I can't remember. Probably.

I do love Irish and Celtic music. Perhaps I shall listen to that most of the day. Maybe we'll make some "blarney stones" for dessert.

What else do YOU guys do? Do you have any St. Paddy's Day Traditions?
