It's true. I start my new 28-day "food plan" tomorrow. It's supposed to jump-start my metabolism and in the meantime regulate things such as my thyroid and hormones. It will include a prescription and some daily vitamins. But along with this "jump-start" plan, I have to stick to a certain food diet for the rest of the month, mostly including lean proteins and fruits & veggies.
Yep. Tomorrow. I said, I am starting tomorrow. (Which is actually in a minute or two from now.) So, what does that mean I did today?
I ate. Crap loads of sugar too. I had Mexican food for lunch, loaded with cheese and guacamole and sour cream. And now? Well, now it's midnight, and I have the worse acid reflux ever and totally feel like hurling. Bleh. On the bright side, I don't think I'll be craving marble chocolate chip cupcakes or Little Debbie Star Crunches or Caramel Banana sheet cake any time soon....
I know -- I'm a pig. Haha!
