If Only I Had Time..

I would get some of this...

...and a little of this...

...and one of these...

To make one like this!!!

I LOVE LOVE LOVE aprons and 1) Wish I could sew well enough to whip one right up 2) wish I had the time to whip one right up and 3) wish I had the energy to whip one right up. Anyway, I saw this over at Cackleberry Cottage's Blog (Click here) and just fell in love. Also, the fabrics are very similar and would tie in well with the stockings I made for my children almost ten years ago! I'd also love to make one, or two, or even three for the person in my family whose name I drew... I think she would like aprons. :)

please tell me you didn't draw my name. unless you wouldn't be getting me an apron. then you having me would be fine. not that i think an apron from you would be bad, i just have enough already. me and about five friends could all cook in my kitchen and be just fine in the apron department.

Really cute. I love aprons, too. I have some basic sewing skills, but probably not enough to create something like that!

I like aprons. I have 2 that I use in the kitchen. But mostly I use aprons in the BBQ booth. I could use more there. Just letting you know in case you drew my name for this year.

That's a very charming apron. I am planning to get one because I seem to have these clothing mishaps in the kitchen and have stained a few shirts. Clumsy me.

I have some Santa Cushion cases just like those! and I love the Gingerbread Men! It's such a shame that they only come out for such a short time every year!
But I just love red and white gingham! I have just had my kitchen decorated red and white, so I have lots of gingham to match it, even curtains and cushions!

They really do look great. You should really try to make them, they can´t be that hard (says the person who doesn´t sew at all). :)

I am really loving my apron collection. It helps to have a thift store shopping mom to collect them for you, and who can also help you make one if you get the fancy.

I'm giving aprons this year. I have several fabric pieces that will go together. Plus patterns . I also got license to sell the Emmeline. I have been lazy since the baby has been born and need to get on sewing again. My etsy shop is empty. Sad, sad. I love apron's too. I didn't do any swaps this year.
