I love long weekends and this past weekend was no exception.
My parents came in from Nevada and drove with us up to a little piece of Heaven on Earth called, Mink Creek, ID. We stayed at the Ranch (owned by The Man's parents).
We read, went 4-wheeling, played games, took naps, hunted for bugs, went to a dinner theater, had a campfire marshmallow roast, chased cows, shot guns, fixed fences, ate, ate, and ate some more!
One reason I can always relax up at the Ranch is because there is no internet and no cell reception. Sort of forces one to slow down and take it easy a bit.
It was a great and relaxing Labor Day weekend!

no internet or cell reception? is there at least a phone in case of emergency?
