What I Have I Done for Someone Today?
Today I worked on sanding an old door. I have plans for this old door-- plans to give it to someone else. The process has been taking a lot longer than I hoped for or would like. But, I know it will be worth it. :)

Last week (after reading your first post about how you have challenged yourself to serve) I went to see a lady I visit teach. She is in a nursing home, cannot talk, cannot move much. I brought the two kidlets with me and we had a great time.
Today I stopped by again with the kids. We took the time to make her a card (the kind with crayons and construction paper) and she loved it! As a visiting teacher we are only asked to do one visit a month, but I've promised to come every week. It's been great!
