Oh, I was totally thinking something else, lol.
I know that fahr is drive in German. Fahrvernugen is German for driving pleasure. I guess in the gemanic/scandanavian languages Fahr or Far must concern driving or traffic. I have no idea what humper would mean.

Fartshumper is Norwegian for "Speed bumps". That's all. But I know it must look funny for foreigners! :D
