Project: Christmas Quilt

Here is the Christmas project that consumed my dining table for the last few months. I mainly tried to squeeze in an hour here or an there to get it done.
I managed to cut out 420 6x6 inch squares.
With my dinosaur-like sewing machine, I only managed to break 2 denim needles. And it was only toward the end when the machine was begging for mercy.

This is how it turned out. Merry Christmas Big-D.

You're quilt turned out great! What a huge project. You should feel really pleased to have accomplished all of that. And as far as your hair is concerned, I like it straight. Do you use a CHI?

Awesome! I have started similar projects several times over the last few years...somehow they never seem to get finished. But seeing how cool yours turned out i think i'm gonna have to break out my denim squares and give it a try.

What an awesome gift!

My mom and I have been making a quilt for me, off and on, for the past two years! When we're not crazy busy, we really only work on it once a week for a couple hours. It's taking forever!

I'm impressed that you got it done so quickly! Did he totally love it? He should! ;0)
