How can we forget Clark Kent? A little shy, a little nerdy, and sometimes even a wee bit timid. But then, he rips into his Superman clothes, and we get a glimpse of all that hot-manly-bod underneath.
One of my favorite shows last season, "The Big Bang Theory" says it all....."Smart is the New Sexy."
It's like a phenomenon....everyone is realizing that Smart IS the new Sexy!
I love the show, "Chuck" by the way. And he's so hot in real life too...especially with a little "scruffy" facial hair.
That being said...I spent about an hour yesterday at work trying to figure out why one of the computers wasn't working. I was on the phone with the IT guy, and he had me crawling under the desk, tracking cords, climbing to check things like panels and switches, and LMIs, etc. etc. It was a whole other language. However, it was sort of hot, tee hee. Reminded me of Big-D.
If you remember, back in "the day" nerds and geeks were mainly pencil pushers. They became the accountants, the fact-checkers, the engineers, the scientists, etc. But today's generation, nerds & geeks know all about the important things in our society - - like iPods, Blackberries, and all the other stuff you might see at GeekieGadgets.com. It's their knowledge of these sorts of things that make them indispensable in our society. I need my computer to work. I need my cell phone to work. I need my iPod to work. I need my Tivo to work. I need my Bluetooth to work. I need my GPS to work... I need... well you get the idea.
I am just glad I have my own personal "geek". Not quite sure if it is quite up to the same standard as the TV hit, "Beauty and the Geek", cuz Big-D isn't quite THAT geeky and I don't know that I'd fit into that sort of "Beauty" category...but... I'm quite fond of my "geek", thank you very much! Plus he fishes - which is oh-so-manly!!! Whaddya think?

So I see that Big D is a real person. May I say he looks nice, what I can tell from the photos.
Hope he is a nice fella. If you want him to stay around a little longer I would not tell him much about the family. We aren't around that much anyway, and this way he can Wonder why you are the way you are without pointing fingers at us. Self-preservation, you know.
And in case you hadn't thought about it yet, My Man is smart, good-looking, good with machines, and a spiritual giant. Try to top that. hahahahahaha
