Easter Dessert?

I will be going to my cousins on Saturday for an Easter dinner and an egg hunt for the kids. What about you? Have ye any Easter plans?


I am assigned salad, bread and dessert. Question is should I stick with "tried & true" or try something new?

Whaddya think? What are some of your favorite Easter dishes???

    I think I'd mix it up a little. If you have something that you know is awesome make it. If you want something new because all your recipes have become boring to you, look at cooks.com or bettycrocker.com That's where I go for recipes, plus they have reviews so I can decide if it's worth my time. They also both have Easter sections. Good luck with whatever you do.

    I love the eclair cake you've made. Of course there's always fruit cocktail cake. And I'm always up for date pudding.

    My all time favorite dessert is white cupcakes with coconut on the frosting and an jelly bean on the coconut. No, I am not 5 years old...
